• Storage: Keep your Gingerbread House kit in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight and heat. For optimal freshness, it is recommended to use the kit within two weeks of purchase. For a much longer use, you can store the Royal Icing in the fridge.
• Royal Icing: The royal icing may naturally separate over time, which is perfectly normal. When you're ready to use it, simply massage the icing bag until the ingredients are well incorporated. Once mixed, you're ready to start decorating your gingerbread house!
