How our menu drop works

We’ve got two delicious sections to our cookie menu:

1. OG Ouma Flavours
These are our six signature favourites that are always available. No matter when you order, you can count on these tried-and-true classics being ready for you.

2. Limited Edition Flavours
Every first Monday of the month at 10am, we drop 5 brand-new limited edition cookies. These are exclusive flavours, baked just for that month — and once they’re sold out, they’re gone! No restocks. No extras. Only the early birds get the goods

Shipping and Delivery

The Courier Guy

Pick-Up in Store (Hartbeespoort):
Place your order online and pick an appropriate date and time for pick-up. Get you cookie fix in-store: Winvest Business Park, 76 Beethoven Road, Hartbeespoort

Nationwide Courier:
Standard Door Delivery is a flat R75 for any order of 5 cookies or fewer.

FREE SHIPPING: Buy 6+ cookies and get FREE SHIPPING. Please note: Certain discounts and promotions do not qualify for free shipping.

Please remember: We only courier Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Shipping day information below:

  • Orders placed BEFORE 10am on a Monday will be shipped on Tuesday & Wednesday the SAME week.
  • Orders placed AFTER 10am on a Monday will be shipped on Tuesday & Wednesday the FOLLOWING week.

Please allow a 3-5 business days for COURIER AFTER your package has been handed over to the couriers.
