Chunky Cookies – Base Ingredients

Our gourmet chunky cookies are made with a rich, buttery base that includes: butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda, salt

The fillings and toppings vary with each flavor and may include:

• Cocoa powder

• Nuts (such as almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, or peanuts)

• Fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, or citrus zest)

• Various spreads, chocolates, and products from Cadbury, Callebaut, Lindt, Nestlé, and Lotus, etc.

Our custom sugar fondant & royal icing cookies are crafted with a simple yet delicious blend of ingredients, perfect for any special occasion.

Base ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, buttercream, fondant, cream cheese, cornstarch, icing sugar, colorants, flavor extracts, salt.
