Manufacturing & Allergen Notice

All our products are made in a facility that processes wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts, soya, and eggs. 

Please note: While we take great care in our kitchen, we do use and process products that contain NUTS. As a result, cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe nut allergy, we unfortunately do not recommend our products for your safety.

 

Chunky Cookies – Base Ingredients

Our gourmet chunky cookies are made with a rich, buttery base that includes: butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda, salt

 

OUR OG OUMA FLAVOUR BREAKDOWN:

Classic Chocolate Chip - butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk chocolate chips and chunks (sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids (such as milk powder or condensed milk), cocoa mass (chocolate liquor), emulsifier (usually soy lecithin), and flavoring)

S'mores - butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk chocolate chips and chunks, milk chocolate ganache, Marshmallows, Marie Biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, leavening agents, salt, vanilla flavoring, and sometimes milk solids or emulsifiers like soy lecithin)

Nutella - butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa, Nutella (hazelnut) spread (sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts (13%), skimmed milk powder, cocoa, lecithin (as an emulsifier, usually soy), and vanillin), peanuts, milk chocolate

Red Velvet - butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa, food coloring, white chocolate chips, cream cheese

Lotus Biscoff - butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, white chocolate chips, Lotus Biscoff Spread and Biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (such as palm and rapeseed oil), brown sugar syrup, sodium bicarbonate (leavening agent), soy flour, and cinnamon)

Peppermint Crisp Tart - butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coconut biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (often palm oil), desiccated coconut, golden syrup, leavening agents (such as baking soda), salt, and artificial flavoring (usually vanilla or coconut essence), Aero Mint Chocolate (milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, butterfat), glucose syrup, sugar, vegetable fats, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural and artificial flavoring (including peppermint oil), and carbon dioxide), caramel treat (Full cream milk, sugar, and stabilisers (such as disodium phosphate or sodium citrate)).

Nosh Bar -  butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa, hazelnuts, NOSH bar (sugar, glucose syrup, milk solids, vegetable fat, cocoa, soy lecithin, and flavorings)
