Shipping policy

GETTING YOUR ORDER READY:

Please allow a processing time of 2 - 3 business days after checkout. This excludes time in transit and shipment. This allows us to provide a fresh product for your enjoyment. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping can take between 2 - 4 business days, depending on your location. For nationwide shipping, we use The Courier Guy to bring the order to your doorstep. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been collected by the courier.

We ship on Mondays - Thursdays, so if your order is placed before 9am on a Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. This allows the product to be delivered to you as soon as possible (we don't want your product to be sitting over the weekend)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

A Waybill Number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is received by the courier. You can check the progress of your order using your waybill number. Please make sure that you fill in your details (email and cellphone number) correctly, as The Courier Guy will use it to contact you.

If you encounter any problems, Contact Us or The Courier Guy and we will resolve the problem ASAP.

Ouma Bets Gebak is not responsible for the handling of your parcel after it is in the possession of the courier. Orders are placed at own risk and liability.
