We ship Ouma Bets cookies nationwide, straight from our bakery to your doorstep!
Delivery Date Selection
At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. We plan and dispatch your order in advance to help it arrive as close as possible to this date.
Our external couriers typically take 3–5 business days to deliver. As courier operations are outside our control, your order may arrive before, on or after your selected date.
For birthdays, events and other important occasions, please select an earlier date and allow a few extra days as a buffer.
Please plan accordingly. Your selected delivery date is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Storage info
EXPIRY DATE
The expiry date is printed on the sticker on the back of each cookie. Please enjoy your cookie before this date and do not consume it once it has expired. Our cookies are amazing, but sadly, they don’t live forever!
STORAGE
Keep each cookie sealed in its bag and store it at room temperature or in the fridge. We recommend storing them in the fridge for maximum freshness.
Important: Refrigeration helps maintain freshness, but it does not extend the stated shelf life. Please enjoy every cookie before its expiry date.
FREEZING
Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months, provided they are frozen before the expiry date. Once frozen, keep them frozen. Do not defrost and refreeze them.
HOW TO HEAT
1. For a warm, soft centre and that gooey chocolate pull you’ve seen in our TikTok videos, microwave your cookie for 10–15 seconds.
2. Frozen cookies can be heated directly from frozen in the oven or air fryer on a low setting (120C) for 10–12 minutes. Do not defrost them first.
3. Cake-style cookies containing cream cheese are best enjoyed cold, but how you enjoy your cookie is completely up to you.
OUR BEST TIP
If your cookie is not baked exactly how you like it, pop it into the oven or air fryer for a few minutes until it reaches your preferred texture.

Cookie Sizes
Our handmade cookies are available in two sizes: our signature 150 g cookies and our smaller 75 g Mini Oumas. Added chocolate and toppings may increase the final weight slightly. Each cookie is generously stuffed with filling, except for our Classic Chocolate Chip.
Refund policy
Because our cookies are perishable and baked-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been baked and shipped. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If your cookies arrive damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@oumabetsgebak.co.za with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or credit toward your next treat.
