As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely manner, while also keeping in mind the changes in courier schedules during the holiday period. Please review our important shipping details for the holiday season below:

Important Courier Schedule Changes:

Please be aware that courier services will not operate on the following public holiday dates:

• 16 December 2024
• 24 December 2024
• 25 December 2024 (Christmas Day)
• 26 December 2024 (Boxing Day)
• 31 December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
• 1 January 2025 (New Year's Day)

Order Deadlines for Prompt Delivery:

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas:

• Place your order by 16 December 2024 to guarantee that your order will be shipped on 17 December 2024 for early delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the courier's delivery time, as delays may occur due to high holiday volume. Thus, it is safer to place your order as close to 16 December as possible!

• Orders placed after 16 December 2024 will be shipped on 2 January 2025. Due to the public holidays and potential delays, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery, and it is likely that deliveries will be delayed during this period.

Holiday Season Operations:

• While we will remain open during the holiday season, please note that we will be closed for certain dates:

  • 25 December 2024 (Christmas Day)
  • 31 December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

• Please be aware that we will be closed from 27 February to 9 March 2025 for our wedding. You will not be able to place any orders during this time. If you'll need items during this period, please contact us so that we can assist to send your items before this time.
